2bsmitten You ordered a dress from me and said it smelled musty! I’m sorry u feel that way but, I did wash that dress and I had it placed in a garment bag. It was stored in my spare bedroom and I have no reason that it would smell musty. I always take care to spray the clothes with a fabreeze type spray ( it’s a non toxic natural spray) I’m sure if you was the dress the smell will come out.

I wish people would stop spraying clothing with febreeze and other things, its really hard for those who are sensi$tive and it doesn't make things smell better. If that smell is febreeze, it was unpleasant. I'm sorry. I feel bad about the situation

2bsmitten @poshkat57 I didn’t realize that plastic bags made clothes smell musty! I always place them in a plastic garment bags. I use bags to keep them clean. The dress wasn’t even in the garment bag very long. As for the fabreeze. It’s actually not got any chemicals. It’s all natural. It’s supposed to take the smell out without any bad chemicals. I do get the envelopes from the dollar store sometimes and in my opinion they have a smell to them. I doubt that they caused the problem but I am so sorry.

s_eagleson so sorry that you were not pleased with your order. I can assure you however, no one in my home smokes and I do not know how the clothes could have possibly got the smoke smell on them since I washed them right before I shipped them out. I apologize for the issue and if you ever would like to buy another item from me I will take 50% off for the inconvenience and guarantee you that the smell will not happen again.
