jillsinghaus @hollycasonbrown oh my gosh I’m so sorry!! I was out of town all last week and put a hold on my mail so everything was being held for me! They scanned it as delivered when I went to pick everything up on Friday! I’m SO sorry!!!! Love the backpack!! I saw it sell out ASAP on VV, so I’m glad I was able to snag one!! :-)
