catknip Hi Jill, I cannot find the pair of pictured Birkenstocks you purchased from me. I do have the same shoe in a soft bed (it is a distressed tabacco brown but lighter than the one you purchased) or a habana brown one that looks more like the one you purchased and has the same footbed as the one you ordered. I can send you pictures of the 2 similar ones or cancel the sale whatever you prefer. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will wait for your response.
