jilly2231 @findthegem I was bummed-you packaged it so cute and I was excited but the spot is right in the center of the white stripe. I did take a picture of it if you needed it. Do you send a return label or how does this work so I can get them back to you?

findthegem @jilly2231 I’m not sure since I’m fairly new. But I will contact support and see. Since it cost almost 8 to ship and I only got 9 or 10 it’s not worth the shipping. You can keep or donate them. I will ask them to refund your money.

If they reach out to you please let me know and I’ll do the same. I imagine they will probably reach out to both of us but I don’t think there should be a problem and shouldn’t take long to respond and resolve.

findthegem Jill I heard back from Customer Support today. They said you would have to reach out to them directly and I think you should. I have enquired from another seller and she said sometimes they will give a Posh Credit. It’s worth a try. Again, I’m sorry the shorts were not as expected.
