styledevotee I couldn’t find a place to message you! So sorry I had to cancel your order. I was packing up your sweater dress and noticed a stain had developed that I didn’t catch when I listed the item. I would feel terrible sending that to you. So sorry for the inconvenience caused!!

caiitlin Hi Jill! I’m so sorry that the stone fell out of your ring! I certainly didn’t intend to sell you a broken item. I know you have already accepted the item, but you still may be able to get a refund if you send a message with your order number to poshmark support. I find that they are usually quite helpful, especially when a seller and buyer are in agreement about an issue ✨

miamiblond69 @caiitlin wanted to give you an update on the ring. I thought I might be able to purchase a loose stone to replace the topaz that fell out. Unfortunately I was told that it would not be possible because the prongs had been worn down, with topaz on the sides, it can’t be fixed - heat will damage them. he also told me that I probably didn’t even knock it - the stone would have fallen out on its own. Poshmark wouldn’t refund, so I’m pretty disappointed to say the least.

caiitlin @miamiblond69 That certainly is disappointing, especially for a ring that was never worn and stored in the box. I appreciate the update, and I may need to reconsider selling the other rings in my closet that were purchased from JTV at the same time as the one you purchased. I’m sorry that was the outcome from Poshmark. If you see anything else in my closet you like, I can give you a significant discount to try to make up for the ring.
