jsexton02 Hi Jill! I’d like to try and connect with you on the sandals you purchased. I wish you had let me know that there was an issue prior to leaving negative feedback as I wouldn’t want bad items sent out. The item was a reposh that I never wore due to fit and kept in the box until I sold them at a loss. There is a return item option the company offers but requires photos be unloaded. Let me know if we can get this resolved 😊

jsexton02 @robbinsj1469 the photos all say reposh from the original seller since I just reused their listing. I hand wrapped each shoe prior to shipping and looked them over carefully since I had tried them on and wanted to ensure they were still in EUC. There wasnt separation or looseness so I’m not sure what happened. Was a cleaner put on them? That can loosen adhesive
