You bought my Frye boots that are purple and white. I just read your review and I’m sorry there was a sock still in the boot. It wasn’t a gross dirty sock, it was a brand new sock that I used to fill the boot to take the photos so it stands upright. I must have forgot to take one out after I took the pictures. I apologize about that. All my shoes are put directly into a box. Not sure what protection you’re looking for in a box. I don’t do this professionally, and am new at this.
