brithaldem @nldooner I’m a human and made a human error by sending the incorrect item and I feel terrible about it. I did not wait for PM to ok the return and ship the correct item and got an email from them yesterday that I went against their policy. I didn’t know…I was trying to correct my mistake. Not much more I can do but again say I apologize for my mistake in mixing up the item.
