Hi I shipped your sweater the other day the tracking didn’t pick up for some reason here has been a lot of issues with the mail ..... I as well am waiting on my daughters backpack and it’s 2 weeks late 🤷🏻♀️with back to school I’m sorry for the delay but if you no longer want the item you can sent it back and I’ll contact pos has this has never happened before and it’s not showing it even shipped yet ?
