ray1045 @jill_gadshian Once you marked it delivered, Posh releases the money to me and you can’t reverse that without contacting Poshmark about it. I just contacted them but I’d suggest you do the same. It’s pretty easy - you can just scroll to the bottom of your order page and tap Problems and write it in there.

ray1045 @jill_gadshian yes I have 7 days to ship the order after you place it and after the order is shipped, you get a tracking notification so you can see it’s progress. If you look at the order page, it tells you not to accept the order until you’ve received the items. Because as it stands, because you accepted the order, Poshmark releases your money to me so now I have your money and I still have your items.

ray1045 @jill_gadshian I’ve never had this happen before so I just need to know that Posh will still process the shipping etc and won’t charge either of us anything since you technically already told them that you have your order. Also, I can only send to the address you have listed on Posh. That’s what prints on the shipping label and allows the postage fee to be included in the order. I can’t send it to another address.
