I purchased a Jessica Simpson jean jacket from you and I have received no information. I was suppose to receive a tracking number but so far no tracking number and no jacket. This was purchased made on April 30th, Order ID 5ae7a90b8c536baf78c02825 . The money was taken from my account. By looking at the listings it looks like the item was sold but so far no delivery. I am getting very concerned.

@caunderhill hello! The only way posh mark releases money to a seller is after the purchaser receives the item and accepts the item! Then poshmark releases the money. You must of accepted the sale. Let me look into it and see how we go about refunding you!

I thought I had to accept the sale so the jacket could be sent. This was the first time I have used this site so I was/am unfamiliar with the process.

I did get the refund but I truly want the jacket instead of the refund. I now know what I did wrong by pressing the accept button. Is there any way I could call you?? Im not sure of the rules of this site. I just find it difficult communicating thru msg. Do you think I could re purchase the jacket? and if so mail it to my Canada address, If you need more money for shipping I could add it to the total. It really should not cost anymore but just in case. Thank you
