mikeyzen36 That is so Awesome that you lost 103 lbs! I'm struggling just to lose 8 lbs to reach my goal weight of 125 lbs. Not doing much cardio except walking for 1-1/2 hr dog walk everyday w my dog Elle. She makes too many sniffing pitt stop to get my cardio to burn anything. So Congrats to you for losing all the weight. You Look Great!! 👍👟🏃
