andreatrease Btw, the post office made me pick it up in person bcuz the box had gotten wet and beat up badly. Clothes were mildewy, mold was growing on the card, and things were falling out. I was so upset. I know it isnt your fault at all. They wanted me to refuse to accept it and send it back, and have you file a complaint. At that point I just wanted to get the clothes in the washer before they were completely ruined, so I kept it. Hope it all washes out.😭

I do wash all the clothes and keep them in an armoire to protect them. I appreciate for your feed back and that I will be rewashing anything I sell right before I ship it from now on.

If you really are interested in the clothes and keeping the doll(with a credit) and/or adding another doll, it’s a shame that you have to return everything and then we would need to start all over again. Too bad we couldn’t work this out between us without PM’s involvement. Packing everything up is time consuming and those shipping fees add up.
