shellylynn39 Hey A mix up happened and you were sent UGG boots instead of your North face hoodie. I’m so sorry. I’m pretty new to the selling end of Poshmark and don’t know where or what to do from here. They opened a claim so I’m assuming Poshmark will handle it once you get the boots, should be tomorrow. Again I’m so sorry. Hopefully we can get you that sweatshirt ASAP.

jimbelanger323 @shellylynn39 no problem. It’s happened before. I’ll report it when I get them. What will happen is Poshmark will send a label to me to forward the boots to the correct buyer and vice versa. It takes a few days but works out in the end.

jimbelanger323 @shellylynn39 just give the boot buyer a heads up to report the wrong item to Poshmark and Poshmark will send them a forwarding label to ship the item to me. It will all work out.
