hey there, I replied on my gopro sale to you. I wanted to check in here and let you know to look at those replies and also that I'm here to troubleshoot. It did take awhile to charge it previously. I remember having to hold down the power button longer than I would have thought, so that may be referenced in the manual. Anyway, here to make sure it works out for you.
