missrobot77 Hey :) I believe you that it broke in transit. My name is the same on fb as it is here. I would love to introduce you to a group there that is all " gently used" items same as here. But no % going to anyone but you. It's a closed group invite only and everyone there has reviews etc. I submitted 3 emails to pm in regards to what happened and it will be ok.
