Contact Poshmark to get refunded even if you already accepted the order they will refund you because these uggs hats are fake.

@j4reynolds that joemoe is full of crap every ugg and north face item is cheap counterfeits toxic itchy materials and what she is doing is wrong. Contact poshmark for refund since they are counterfeit poshmark will take care of you.
