red1959 I bought the Franco Sarto boots. I like the boots but on the right one there is some kind of obstruction at the toe. Because of the way they are made and the stiffness I am having a hard time seeing what it is. I can feel it but can’t tell what it is. Any idea?

metoyou15 @red1959 Oh no! No, I have no idea what it could be. I wonder if something fell into the boot, or if it’s part of the boot itself. It’s so weird. If you can’t get the obstruction out, you can return them to me and get a refund. I’m so sorry about that.

red1959 When I put my hand down the boot it is definitely attached as it did not come out.

red1959 It is left boot. I mistakenly said right. It is right at big toe and feels like maybe a wad of material that did not get sewn properly. I am going to try to get my husband to help get a picture. It is so far down boot I m having issues getting to it which makes me think I will not b able to get scissors down there to cut it off and it rubs right on big toe which I fear will make them uncomfortable

amagpiesstash Hi Jo, this is Joanne. I was packing the curtain & noticed some staining at the hem in the blue color on the backside. I had not noticed this before & suspect it happened in storage. I just washed it tonight & it is still there. The pic is current I hung it up take the pic. It is really not noticable, I wanted to advise you before shipping. You can zoom in on the pic and review. If you prefer to cancel, I understand but feel it is still a very good buy.
