Jo Draper the makeup bag you ordered, I accidentally put the wrong lable on the box and it was sent to Puerto Rico I contacted posh support hopefully they contacted the ladyl sent it too but hopefully she’ll return to sender. I completely understand if you decide to cancel the order. I’m new to selling, but I’m trying to get better I’m so sorry.

@jdraper hi! I was starting to worry about your package and the fact it hadn’t started tracking yet. I had 3 other packages to drop off that day and I must have dropped yours and I saw it this morning in the back seat on the floor!! I’m so so sorry! I can’t believe I didn’t notice it dropped. I feel terrible. I just dropped it off for sure this time do tracking most definitely will be later today. I’m so sorry s our this. I truly apologize.
