Hi! I'm Jo. I’m an eds & lupus warrior. I endured a cerebrospinal fluid leak in 2017 & survived triple lung clots in 2018. I was very sick & almost died. I was 278lbs & bedridden for 4 yrs until 2021 when I stopped all my rx cold turkey put myself in w/d & went holistic. I had a nde & subsequent spiritual awakening. I got divorced after being in an abusive marriage for 15 yrs & moved w/o having a penny saved. Save your money my babies!!! I got rid of 85% of my things & lost 134lbs naturally w no trainer, pills, protein powders, injections or crazy restrictive diet. I am the trainer.
