Hi Jo Carol - yikes! I mailed you the wrong pair of pants! I’m so sorry. Please file a wrong item report when you get them and I’ll find out how to get the correct pair to you. I have mailed, shipping the package 6 days ago. There is still no tracking number and I am currently at the post office, who says they can't find the package. I am so sorry for any inconvenience. I have contacted Poshmark support team. maybe if you don't mind waiting another 1 day or so,hopefully it will show tracking soon

I have tried contacting post office regarding this shipment, because besides tracking number I am unable to see any other information. This is very concerning. My buyer is waiting for the item and I am unable to provide any other information. What can be done in this situation
