socalstyled @leopard_lady oh wow I kind of thought that might happen because it can be confusing at first. Well welcome to Poshmark this is such an awesome place and if you need any help getting around, anything at all.... please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I started as just a buyer and now I'm selling (actually both) lol.... but it can be a little overwhelming at first. I just dropped your package off it got there a little late because of the rain over here.....

socalstyled @leopard_lady people freak out when it rains in San Diego and so I should have left my house earlier. In any event it will start tracking as soon as it gets scanned. When you receive it you'll have to get on the app and it'll give you a chance to except the order and then it will have you review your experience. At that time funds will be released to me. Again please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions at all:)

manyminimods I am so sorry you do not like your purchase of the pink jacket. I pride myself on my consistent 5 star ratings. This is the first rating under 5 and I feel terrible! I will contact Poshmark tomorrow to figure out how to return the item. Since you rated it so low, I am sure you don't want to keep it. I do not know how that works, but I will get back to you as soon as I find out. Once again, I am so sorry and J will do my absolute best to make it right for you.

manyminimods ok. Posh said they can't do anything if I request it. If you want to return the item, then they suggested that you open up a case against me. They mediate and give us the decision. I don't know exactly how one does that, but I am sure it is easy in the app. I won't contest it so we can get the item returned to me and I can relist it and you can get a refund.
