tdmolter just wanted to tell you the DANSKO shoes I purchased from you fell apart. Both of the heels were like rotten. I wore them to work, for the first time, noticed I was leaving a mess on the floor. Both heels had just disintegrated 😠😠

heidizme @mjlimbo oh thank you so much..I just feel bad becuz I steamed ur dress & wrapped it so nice so it wouldn't wrinkle if they send her a label it wont be the same experience that I give to my customers.This other lady is just a buyer so I'm grateful that u understand I'm still waiting for Posh to tell me what they are doing w/ the labels thank you so much for the understanding you are sweet!!I only found out this morning when she sent me 1 star rating &said I could improve on my packaging ughh.

mjlimbo @heidizme I got an email from Posh instructing me to confirm that I indeed received the wrong item. I tried really hard not to wreck your gorgeous packaging as it is seriously the prettiest I’ve ever received/seen. The email also instructed me to open a case to get the issue resolved. I hate doing that, but I hope it will be better for you too.

heidizme @mjlimbo ok they contacted me in my email they said they will have both of you send back to me.. on the case in the APP they said they will send you both each others label for a swap.. as I get more details I'll let you know..Poshmark said they understand we are human and make mistakes so they are helpful.. thanks again so very much for helping me out with this I appreciate your kindness to no end!!
