Hello. I saw your note about the Zara Pea Coat. The title indicates it is a “pea coat”.You can clearly see sleeves in the photo. The seller can only note the size listed by the manufacturer. The size not fitting is not a reason to lower a rating of the seller indicated the correct rating in the listing. This is a very low rating when the description and sizing were listed correctly. I am a bit disappointed. I guess it was a learning experience for both of us.
