I’m so sorry to hear that. When I mailed it and I have photos it was in excellent condition and brand new and never been used. The only thing I can tell you is to don’t except it and you have to file a claim. And you have to take pictures. Again I’m sorry for this situation but when I sent it it was in perfect condition.
