scootersmommy I am sorry you were so unhappy with your purchase and it didn’t fit. I have sold over 2,000 items and have a perfect 5 star rating, it was never my intention to send something you wouldnt be happy with. I am more than willing to accept a return, since you already accepted the package, if you email posh in the help section and tell them I have agreed to accept the return they can send you a return shipping label. But you will need to do it on your end. It may take them a day to respond.

ryanjoane @scootersmommy Thank you, I have contacted Customer Support to ask them for a return label. Despite being an obvious fake Brighton, I would have kept it because it is cute. But, it’s not even the right size. It’s several inches too short. Thank you for being so quick to support my concerns.

scootersmommy @ryanjoane It was not intentionally labeled Brighton, sometimes it can take me up to a week or more to list an item after I take photos and I listed another Brighton belt that same day and must have mistaked it since I saw “genuine leather” on the back. I sell tons of Anthropologie and my pet peeve is seeing items listed as Anthro when they are not, so I promise it was an honest error on my part not deception.
