jojomillion3 @kendra00marie I apologize for not contacting u sooner. Unfortunately I have not received my order due to some unexpected issues regarding my mailing address with usps. I believe the package has been sent back to you/original senders address. If so- I’d like to give u a new address to ship it to. I have contacted customer support and awaiting their response. Thank you for your time and understanding regarding this matter. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

kendra00marie @jojomillion3 oh wow! Ok. I'll go to my PO box tomorrow to see if it was returned to me. Let me know what poshmark says because they will have to allow me to print a new shipping label otherwise I would have to pay for shipping. Sorry this happened

jojomillion3 @kendra00marie thx for your understanding. I have no problem paying for new shipping myself- In fact- I wanted to see if you could possibly send it to me through FedEx- and I will have everything already payed for ahead of time. I’m waiting to see what poshmark recommends- but this is my idea or recommended course of action to rectify this nightmare. Once again- I’m so sorry and really appreciate all your understanding and help throughout this entire experience. Have a good day.

kendra00marie @jojomillion3 ok. Let's see what poshmark says and go from there. I didnt make it to the post office today but plan to go after work tomorrow or on my lunch. I will message you when I find out if I have the package or not.

kendra00marie The package isnt in my PO Box. I got an email from Poshmark today stating the tracking for the item just stopped and was likely lost by the carrier. They said your money would be returned and I would still keep the payment as well. I hate that this happened. I do have the same set of brushes available still they're just not still in the packaging. Theyve been used but deep cleaned in preparation for sale.
