@joliz86 I truly apologize. I will return back home tomorrow but I have been trying to understand the mail carrier concept of why it has not been picked up and scanned in. From the manager, it will be picked up tomorrow. I will be doing a complaint with the postal service.

@joliz86 hey I jumped off the plane and meet the carrier. Her assistant was the runner this week and did not know to check the large outgoing so the item is scanned and headed your way. I truly apologize for this along with not being home to handle the situation. I hope you enjoy your item.
