Hello. Your item was ordered on Friday, 10/9 at 7:00pm on a holiday weekend. With USPS being closed on Monday 10/12, it was shipped on Tuesday 10/13 and did not begin tracking until 4:00am on 10/14. I unfortunately can not control how fast or how slow an item is delivered. Although I appreciate your business, I don’t appreciate your low rating based on “slow shipping.” Thank you and have a good rest of your weekend.
