vanessasshop I am extremely shocked that you would open a retail product & then send it back used & make it look as if I sent it to you that way originally. Poshmark's policy does not support health & wellness products which is the only reason why you were able to send the product back as " Item not as described " because of what you did, I am unable to sell a $46 new product & have lost out on making any money. Thank you for that.

joannmnz1 @vanessasshop How could I have used the product if it was sent back to you within an hour of receiving it? YOU should not try to be deceitful and send out used products. I did not do anything to you or your product so it's your fault and your fault alone that you are not able to sell a used $46 product. I am sure no one wants to put a used lotion on their face...Shame on you!!
