kiwi12010 @josiechf Thanks .. I appreciated that 😍 I just sent an email .. it might take a day or 2 of emailing back and forth to get answers .. FAQ says it automatically cancels the transaction if the items aren't shipped in 7 days.. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience for you
