kapvh12 Hi @joannmorris could you be more specific about what could improve after giving me 3 star rating. That is a low rating to provide no details. I am a constant 5 star seller so this seems off base for a top that had no damage because it was never worn. I received a stained product once and just sent it back but never gave them a low rating because I contacted them FIRST and they made it right. You never reached out.

joannmorris I’m sorry about the rating. You didn’t do anything wrong. I didn’t like the blouse. It looked better in the picture. It looks faded but I guess that was the intention . I would not have purchased if I had seen it in person . I’m not happy with Posh attitude toward returns. I’ve been stuck with things that didn’t fit, inferior quality . I will rerate you if possible to five stars

tinelissa1 joann, I am the seller of the Maria Cassero sweater mistakenly sent to you . However, Posh sent you a label via email free of charge but you said you didn't have a printer nor could take to mailbox as you broke your leg. i contacted you severaI times trying to get you to ship back to the real buyer. I contacted Posh about this several times to tell them you wouldnt ship. Finally i received the sweater back and Posh sent me an email saying that they refunded buyer and paid for return shipping .
