I mailed it on November 26, a letter was left for you saying they attempted to deliver on December 2. I spoke with you and you said you had not got a chance to get to the post office. I contacted poshmark support and they informed me that they also contacted you. So I am not sure why you are saying you have never received this item!

They advised me to tell you to reach out to them to reach a resolution. I’m sorry you didn’t get them, but I did ship them and it does show on my end that they were delivered.

suehony hi Joanna thank you on the offer on my Dooney bag but it's the top line bag and in great condition minus the snap issue which actually works out better to zip the bag. I counter offered, but will not allow me to enter it. You have to realize I'm trying to meet us all a happy "reasonable" medium by the time Posh takes their cut.
