hailtofashion Hi Joanna I just tried on the boots but their super tight, when I asked you if they would fit a 6.5 you said that the laces are adjustable which yes they are but it doesn't have anything to do with the fit since it's removable thas pretty misleading to me, I can't wear a pair of boots that don't fit when I thought I could adjust them per what you said!

hailtofashion It's a huge disappoinment that the laces have nothing to do with the fit of the boot I'd really like to return them to you, I'm not gonna be able to wear them

jmgong13 @hailtofashion hi. I'm really sorry to hear that it didn't fit and that you felt that I was misleading. I initially said it would fit because the Givenchy eu 36 1/2 women's shoe size converts to 6.5 - 7 US size. The lace was mentioned in case of calf width which is an issue for some ppl.

jmgong13 @hailtofashion Unfortunately, I've already moved out of my New York home and that address no longer belongs to me (leaving the country). Im aware that you're given time to decide whether or not you would like to return it when you get things delivered by poshmark. If you would like to return, they have a process you can go through but I'm not sure how it works because I've never purchased things and I'm not sure what would happen to the product since I would not be able to receive it.

hailtofashion @jmgong13 Your right about that it's too late to return they're beautiful boots they just don't fit me unfortunately, & I definitely wouldn't want to give you a bad rating, it's just a really huge bummer since I got these for my anniversary and even though I wouldn't have been able to wear them until Fall it still really bums me out.

jmgong13 @hailtofashion I really feel bad that you can't return it. I can't promise a full refund since poshmark takes a percentage and i won't be able to get the product back. But if you would at least want $30 back, I'm willing to do that through ♈️enmo?
