vsidick Hi Joanna, I just made my first purchase from you and received a bag that was described as NWOT. The bag is definitely not new as there was a used tissue, hair, pen marks, and the name tag of the previous owner in the zipper pockets. Please let me know how to proceed, as I may be interested in keeping, but not for the full price that I paid.
