cd612 Thanks for your purchase of the trapper hat. As I was packaging for shipping, I noticed a tag with 23 1/2 on the inside. I assume this is the size of the hat. I had it listed as One Size. bethdawson @jozawislak Joanna, I am so sorry that I haven’t shipped this yet. When I went to ship it, I couldn’t locate it. Then I had two scary days of doctors appointments and my anxiety is debilitating. If you still want the sweater, I can try to look again tomorrow. gymkid546 @jozawislak great thank you. The bowl will be mailed separately and bath set will be mailed all together. Pieces are too large and fragile to be mailed in a single box :)

gymkid546 The bowl is being shipped first. The bath set due to varying size of each piece needs to be shipped in a somewhat large box. I may have USPS bubble wrap it themselves so it’s covered under insurance. They are currently wrapped heavily by Jonathan Adler tissue paper. Are you okay with the bath set being sent out by Friday? The bowl went out today or is in hands of USPS to be headed out today.

hashtagluxe Hi there I just got your return for the hats but since Poshmark does not do partial refunds you had to have sent all of the items and of course I just received the hats and not the bag and the hair product. Not your fault but I guess I'm gonna contact Poshmark regarding this matter.

As I've said it wasn't your fault, I just hoped that Poshmark would make an exception in your situation and give you some sort of partial refund but I guess they don't have a way to do it. In any case if you happen to send the items back and want to buy them again I'd be happy to accept the offer, if not then no biggie.
