jarboea1 @jdaryanani Our records show that our team reached out to the buyer multiple times and advised her to open a formal return case within 3 days of delivery, however, she was unresponsive to our emails. Additionally, as the buyer had not opened a case within the timeframe we give buyers to report an issue, our system automatically accepted the order and released payment for this order to you.

This item was sold to another buyer and I need it back.

jdaryanani @jarboea1 also since you made me aware of the situation 3 days ago let’s not act like I’ve been aware of this for the last 6 months or something. This is starting to feel like a scam of some sort. You Send me some cheap $20 dress instead of the $100 Shoes and then pretend like someone has been frantically contacting me. Your first communication with me about this was 3 days ago. I don’t appreciate you throwing this at me.

jarboea1 @jdaryanani I’m sorry It’s not a scam, it was an innocent mistake. I sent the shoes to another buyer and you her dress. They are equal in value, with the dress sold for more. I’m concerned when Poshmark reached out to you 3 times with no response, and you accepted an order that wasn’t yours. I’ve done everything to resolve this issue. I don’t have control of this return as stated in the email from posh. All returns must go through posh to prevent scams. I copied the email from posh (see above)

jarboea1 Please email Poshmark so that we can resolve the issue. I’m sure you don’t want the dress as you think it’s “cheap” and the other buyer doesn’t want the shoes as she already sent them back. I can’t do anymore. I hope you do the right thing and contact Posh so that everyone is happy.

jarboea1 @jdaryanani Hi, it’s now been 10 days since the mix up. Have you reached out to Poshmark for instructions on how to return the dress? The other buyer had returned the Gucci shoes. We are both waiting for you to return the dress. Please let me know the status. I have also contacted Poshmark again and waiting for third response.

jdaryanani @jarboea1 of course I have reached out to poshmark and have had no response back. This is not really that difficult.....simply give your address for shipping so I can send it back to you and you can send me my item. Why wouldn’t it have simply been handled that way in the beginning. I don’t understand why this is that complicated. Just send me your address so we can be done with it!

Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s a good idea for us to post our addresses on this page, and any offline returns/transactions aren’t protected by Poshmark. So let’s wait for them to provide instructions. Thanks for being patient and corporative. I apologize for the mix up.

Unfortunately, we have not heard from either buyer nor was a return case opened for the order. Please have the buyer reach out to us directly for further assistance.”

jdaryanani @jarboea1 I did contact them, so not true at all. Why are you making this so difficult?!! You clearly have my address send a return label. None of this is difficult yet you choose to make it that way! I have asked you 4 times for your address so I can easily send it back to you, Yet time and time again we keep going through this! So if you would like the item back and are actually going to send me the one I purchased, I suggest you do one of the two things to get it corrected.

jdaryanani am completely exhausted with how dumb this has become. It is such a simple fix yet you won’t do it. I am the one out money for an item I purchased from you and don’t receive, yet somehow I am responsible? Send your address or send the call tag to pick up your stupid dress that I DO NOT WANT. This is Not hard.......And certainly not brain surgery.

They have emailed me back every time I have reported this issue claiming you have not emailed them or replied to them. If you want to return the dress, contact them for instructions. I will not publicly post my address and furthermore, I wouldn’t be able to refund you if you dont Go through Poshmark support. They are very helpful.
