colleenoliver I am pretty sure I figured out what happened. My husband was trying to “help” me, so that the package would go out on Saturday. Our small Post Office is only open for a couple of hours on Saturday morning, so he drove to the next town over, and dropped all three packages I needed to mail in a drop box. I just realized yesterday that he put them in a UPS drop box, instead of USPS! We have contacted UPS, and they are searching for the packages. I’ll keep you updated!

colleenoliver I have contacted Poshmark, and have asked how to go about giving you a refund for this purchase. The package may eventually arrive — UPS is still searching! But this mistake is totally on me, and I will do all that I can to make this right! I am truly sorry!

colleenoliver Poshmark finally got back to me, and said that if the package hadn’t started tracking by 4-21, to contact them again for further assistance. Well, that seems a bit odd to me, since on 4-21 you can simply cancel the transaction and your money will automatically be returned to your account! I was simply hoping to get some help getting a refund to you much sooner! Again, I sincerely apologize for this mess!

colleenoliver @jofagerness I just received notification that the package has started tracking, so UPS must have finally found it, and sent it over to USPS! I thought for sure that this was a lost cause, and the package would forever sit in some UPS undeliverable tote! I truly am so very sorry that this happenedColleen , and am so appreciative of your patience and kindness throughout this entire mess!
