graceluvcouture Hi there, I noticed you left a 3 star rating and mentioned that it smelled of smoke. No one in my family smokes but it is common for USPS drivers to smoke which results in the packages and items smelling of smoke. their are numerous complaints about USPS drivers making the items smell like smoke because of this. I apologize for this but it is completely out of my control. I take pride in disclosing any and all flaws and making sure my customers are happy and get items exactly as described.

crystallilly943 I am very suprised that you gave the sweater a 3 star rating due to musty smell. All of my prior clothing sales have been rated 5 stars and are stored in the same place. All of my clothing is stored in our guestroom on the 2nd floor in a smoke free home. Perhaps the smell is from the mailing envelope? I have noticed that sometimes there is small hint of chemical smell from the adhesive. I honestly did not notice any sort of odor on the item when I mailed it.

wolfbabeno2 @crystallilly943 It was pretty frustrating. I bought two sweaters to take on my trip this week. Both arrived smelling musty and smoky. The other seller said she thought maybe it was the mail carriers. But the upshot was that neither was wearable; both needed cleaning right away, and neither was ready to travel with me.
