aroundtownthred Hey Joanne, the US Postal Service is attempting to deliver your package since November 15. I believe the deadline is today November 20th to make arrangements to have it Re-delivered to your location. Can you please contact them as soon as you can.

copperhershey @aroundtownthred Good afternoon! I am not sure what is happening---there have been zero attempts made to deliver the package. Hmm---. I live in an apartment complex and there is a secure room adjoining the front office area where packages are left. Residents then receive a code to access the locker and collect the package---I have received nothing.

aroundtownthred It looks like you need to reschedule the redelivery. Click on tracking number to reschedule your package. You’ll need to include the delivery instructions as well. Hope that helps….

copperhershey @aroundtownthred Good morning! Nope! Zero attempts have been made to deliver the package--no notice left...nothing! This is, indeed, frustrating. After reading your initial message, I located the tracking number and immediately attempted to schedule a "redelivery" (really hard to say that word when there hasn't been an INITIAL delivery attempt, lol), and, of course, the system said the package was not eligible. Nevertheless, I made several attempts to speak to a live person yesterday-NO LUCK!

copperhershey @aroundtownthred I tried every which way I could and made no progress. At this time, the system is saying I have until November 30th to collect the package at the Main Post Office. It seems this is the only viable option on the table at this point so this is how I will proceed. I could have gone yesterday, but, in alignment with Murphy's Law, the system said I could not collect it until tomorrow (today). Agh!
