josiesposh @washingtonian5 Are you referring to my suggestions regarding your packaging? Since PM asks buyers to rate on packaging, I took the opportunity to express my thoughts about something I care about. I don't consider suggesting how a seller might reduce landfill by using more eco-friendly materials "rude", and I'm sorry that you do. We are all in this together & need to do whatever's possible to reduce impact. It all matters!

josiesposh @washingtonian5 additionally, I read the comment I wrote with the rating again. Stating "Please reconsider..." is not telling you what to do but to "consider" your choices. Again, very sorry you interpretted it as rude. Not intended that way.
