Around me a lot of businesses have closed due to Covid, so I can’t help but wonder if the Poshmark team that receives items got too busy and / or sick to ship the items on time. I haven’t had this issue in the past both buying and selling. I apologize for their delay and I hope you get it soon! 🥰

joannaaurora @lcsmith574 On my side, when I go to orders at the top, it shows the tracking and shows they received it when I shipped it. Then they emailed me Poshmark is experiencing shipping delays, we are sorry for the inconvenience. They authenticate all the items people sell then they ship it to the buyer which is you. I will contact them but you can also try to contact them too. Thank you! The tracking should show up under your orders tab when you click there.

joannaaurora @lcsmith574 thank you Leah. I got a reply saying they received the purse Jan 4 (even that’s crazy late!) and it takes 10 days to process orders due to Covid delaying shipping. I read online the post office is having a really big issue this year. So please be patient and again I’m so sorry it’s taking this long with Poshmark.

joannaaurora @lcsmith574 they just replied and said not to worry it is not an authentication issue, it’s that they are too busy with Martin Luther King day being closed and New Years and Christmas and when they are caught up they have your order listed and you will absolutely receive it when they get to it. Phew! Frustrating and I apologize.
