nationofthree Hello! Thanks for purchasing the Tori shoes! I just wanted to apologize for the shipping issues, I put them in the mail on Monday and it didn’t start tracking until last night. I contacted Poshmark and the post office about the issue but I’m not sure you were contacted. Thanks again!

pinktinisparkle I'm so sorry to hear you didn't receive your order.😟 I definitely mailed it out to you and I also received an email saying it was delivered to your front porch. I will work with Poshmark if they need any documents from me. I'm not sure how this procedure goes when someone says they didn't get their order. I've never had this happen to me before.

jholmes2018 @pinktinisparkle I have never had a problem receiving packages from Posh Mark either. We have Ring video door bell installed and nothing was recorded. I wonder if they delivered to wrong address?

jholmes2018 @pinktinisparkle I just saw the street number listed is incorrect. Its 1574... This is so odd because I have received at least 5 purchases from Posh Mark in the last 6 weeks. I am going to ask neighbors. Was it shipped via US mail? UPS?

jholmes2018 @pinktinisparkle Customer Service just sent me a follow up. Since the order is lost due to the USPS, I will be getting a refund...and you will still also have payment. Is part of their customer insurance policy. I am bummed...I so wanted to have those wedges for a party this weekend.
