I am so sorry the box came open during transport!The reason it took a couple of days was because I had a hard time finding the right box and that one slightly large so I put paper in to cushion it.I am not clear on what you meant by misspelled words.My apologies,for your less than quality experience. I’m I sorry the dress did not fit, every manufacturer is different. I listed measurements as I ALWAYS do in the description for this reason. This does not warrant a 1 star rating! Going forward you should read the complete description and if for some reason a lister does not supply measurements... ask. That would ensure your size! Please change that rating as I DO NOT deserve that.

Next to every reply there is a little flag, it is not as bright as the writing, however hit it and check spam or whichever you choose. If you do that 3x for each they will go right away. I think that some people above forgot about something called Posh etiquette and to have better manners. In 2 years, even in my learning process a long time ago, I would never leave such comments. They should be Thankful, & appreciative that a buyer chooses their closet.

Hi! I meant to explain to you earlier (sorry), the loose bracelet was an extra one I found after I had boxed up your order. So I just cut a slit in the tape & slid the extra bracelet in. It isn’t as nice as the other bracelets unfortunately but it is a freebie.

I saw where the items I shipped you are under review because the coffee pot spout had got broken. I’m so heart broke over that. I wrapped it twice and put it in another wrapper with big bubble wrap. So sorry it didn’t get to you safe and sound, I promise it was not broke when I shipped I would never ship a broken item. Once again so sorry🥺

@joannacastro933 It's ok I did too. So I took the package to the post office and today they called me to come back because the weight was over the 5 pound limit. So I contacted poshmark to upgrade the shipping label. The package weighs 11 pounds. The total price to ship it will be 30 dollars more than what it is, because of the weight and the lady said because it's going to cali. So I feel really bad, but is it OK with you to renegotiate the price?
