joannaledsome @krystlerober161 hi I am new to this and ide like to start selling stuff and I have no income whatsoever right now so this could possibly help me a lot but I don't know the first thing of how to do it. I don't have a printer to print off the shipping label things if I sell an item so what can I do about that? Also do I have to pay to ship the item or items that I sell to the buyer? Sorry I'm new at this I've never sold anything online or anything

ksfashioncraze @joannaledsome Hello some websites online could possibly help with obtaining a printer for free. In order to send a package you will need to print the label and have packaging which you can get at the lowest for a dollar. When I first started I reused packaging boxes that weren’t in bad condition. Also you can choose to add $4.99 shipping or no shipping or free shipping.

ksfashioncraze If you choose $4.99 that means the customer pays $4.99 and you pay the rest which means you pay $2.00. If you give free shipping you pay $6.99 shipping. Also Posh takes a certain percentage off of every order which could be up to 20 percent. Like for example if the item is $15.00 or more you keep 80 percent.

ksfashioncraze & stay away from any one who gives you their email block them ASAP because it’s a scam and stay away from trades because theirs a huge chance you will end up with a broken item or a replica.

ksfashioncraze You can also go into your sellers tool and add discounts like if you buy 3 items you will get 10 percent off but you don’t have to do that though. The more items you add the better it looks towards buyers who stop by your closet but since your new to this it’s understandable if you only have a couple items to start.

ksfashioncraze But while you are looking for a printer just be aware of any scammers. If it’s free then you shouldn’t have to pay the person anything for it unless the website requires shipping.

And do I just go to post office and get boxes and stuff to send the stuff in or where do I go? I've also never purchased mailer bags or boxes or anything like that and when I sell an item will it tell me like how much I have to pay or whatever on shipping?

ksfashioncraze One more thing when taking photos of your items make sure it’s a clear view and nothing’s hidden if the item and if it’s new but does not have a tag add NWOT for New With Out Tag and if it is New with a tag push the button New / With Tag as your adding your new item. If it’s not new and if it’s used you will push the button that says no tag as your adding your item to your closet.

ksfashioncraze As your making an offer it will then give you the choice to either pay full shipping , $4.99 shipping or pay no shipping only if the customer wants a offer that is. If they do not then they will buy the item and they will pay shipping.

ksfashioncraze You have the choice to add the shipping options when a customer wants a offer. Majority of the time when A customer hits the like button they are expecting a shipping discount but not every one. You will have to be the judge of that.

joannaledsome @eclay87 as far as I know your allowed to sell anything you want to like clothes, shoes, makeup, jewelry, just anything but just let them know if it's used or new and if it weighs over 5 lbs then I think u have to pay for shipping. put it on whatever u are shipping the item in and then send it out.person buys it and I think that's about it.

joannaledsome Once u sell something they will email u a shipping label and u just print it off and put it on whatever u are shipping the item in and then send it... Try to send it out a day or two after the person buys it and I think that's about it. I still haven't sold anything yet so I guess sometimes it takes a while I don't know but the more stuff u have the better chance u have to sell.
