joannawhatsupyo I actually do understand how it works. The shoes were delivered Oct 8, I was out of town so my mom got them from the mailbox (they were for her) yesterday. Today is day 3 so I guess I thought I still had today to open a return. So when I messaged you asking for a discount and checked back to see if you responded, I saw that the shoes had been accepted, which I didn’t do, and so I was frustrated. The shoes look horrible and you listed them as in good condition. So that’s where I was coming from.
