Hi there! Thanks so much for your purchase! Just wanted to update you on the status of the shipment! I shipped it out Monday, noticed I never got a confirmation, went to the post office and they found the package not shipped out! They apologized and scanned the package right in front of me! So hopefully we will both get a tracking update over night! Sorry that happened! I've never had the problem! Thanks again!

Hi there! I can't find how to contact you so I'm leaving a comment here. I shipped the Estee Lauder product to your address using the shipping label that Poshmark automatically generated for me. The address was: 3146 Avis Way
Pinole, CA 94564. I can contact Poshmark to see what the issue was, and maybe you can reach out to them as well? I'm so sorry for the mix-up, but I just used the automatically generated shipping label :(

@elle_laura that is not the correct address. I updated my address but didn’t make it my “default” address so now nothing has arrived. So frustrating. I contacted Poshmark by email but they have not responded. Not sure what to do. I’m hoping the post office forwards it. So I will update this review shortly. I know it’s not your fault but I know I didn’t receive my purchase as well. Is there another way to contact Poshmark other than email.

Hi hon, I just wanted to let you know I dropped your items off at the post office today but they said they couldn't scan with their scanner possibly because of the way it was printed. It's happened a few times but don't worry I dropped it off and usually it will start scanning manually by the next day. ☺☺☺☺
