The shoes were clean when I shipped them & the listing doesn't indicate that they are brand-new. I apologize if you got that impression & would love it if you'd consider changing to a 5 star, according to description & the photos. If not, I'd love to get your feedback regarding what you received versus what was in the description & photos? Thanks again!

wardrobeconcept Hey Joanne! Thanks for your feedback. I do thoroughly clean all shoes (even new ones I buy from dept stores & wholesalers), with Lysol 99.9% Bacterial Wipes. But, even if that wasn't the case, as a pre-caution you should never feel like shoes are ready to wear. You would've and should've cleaned them anyway, Love. I do have another 6-month old closet that I have nearly 100 5-stars in, so I do strive for 5-star excellence. I apologize for not being able to accomplish that here. Thanks again!

ambilyjose hi @algc4211 and @jgarcia54! Is your cyber bullying session over? I'm glad that you are able to make complete fools of yourselves on social media with petty comments. With that being said, this is a webpage where you are able to make offers. If you don't like the offer, you are educated enough to respectfully "decline" the offer or offer a different price.

ambilyjose I've purchased several shoes, bags, and watches on this webpage without problems. This is business. I offer a price, and the person offering the item may offer a different price, and we come to a happy medium and I pay. I've always had wonderful relationships with the people I purchase from. Maybe take a few business classes and you'll change your perspective on how to treat others :-) happy buying!

Being a teacher I also have first hand experience in bullying and another posher and I sharing comments to each other about your ridiculous offers is hardly bullying. cristinat11 I'm wondering why you tried to return the skirt you purchased from me? The email said it wasn't the size that I had listed. I listed a size small, and the skirt was a forever 21 size small. The brand was also listed. If it did not fit you, that is not my fault. I see you were refunded. I would like to politely ask you to not buy anything from people who are using this app appropriately, as I can see from the comments above, you are not

ambilyjose @cristinat11 your skirt as evidenced on the picture was actually an extra small. XS=extra small. Hence why I got a refund. I really loved the skirt and wished it was the same size that was indicated in your posting

ambilyjose My eyes, your skirt label, and Poshmark's eyes would beg to differ. Otherwise I wouldn't have been reimbursed for receiving a size that's different from what your posting states. I understand this was your first sell and you may be relatively new at this but please ensure you post accurate sizes so your customers are satisfied with the products they've purchased

cristinat11 You may have been reimbursed, but Poshmark still gave me the earnings from the sell. Which to me, shows there are some discrepancies with your claim. First sell or not, this process is pretty straightforward and I am well aware of what I am selling. Enjoy your free skirt.
