678435 Hi, Joann, Rich Lacy here with the inogen g3 breathing machine,I turned on the machine and pushed the alarm button to check the hours used and it SUDDENLY CUT OFF. The machine I have must be defective so I removed the listing RIGHT AWAY!! It must have shorted out as both batteries were fully charged. I can not sell a defective product to ANYONE as I just discovered this. I may sell just the batteries later but I can not sell this unit at all. Sorry for any troubles. Kindest Regards Rich10/29/22
