reformedthrift Just want to see if there is anything I can do as I don't send out items that are case open worthy so I'd like to do what I can to remedy this if possible

hape413 @nitrobetty hello. I'm going to have to return the shoes. The rest of the order was fine, but the shoes are cracked in multiple places. Whether they were sent out that way or it occurred during transit, they aren't in the condition I was expecting.

reformedthrift @hape413 no they were shipped out in the way they were photographed as you bought them after like 15 mins of taking the pics and uploading / listing. And I photographed them being shipped like I always do for my orders where are they cracked and trey sadly do not allow partial returns they will give you credit and allow u to keep the item I believe if you are wanting the rest of the order. Either way is there any way you can upload pics of these cracks as they were there before :(
